Accessibility Compliance

We can make sure your website is accessible to people with disabilities, in particular we can make sure your website doesn’t contravene The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 2005 which requires public bodies to promote equality of opportunity for disabled people.

We use the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 to achieve the current ‘success criteria’.

There are three levels of compliance:

Level A: The minimum level of conformance.
Level AA: The Web page satisfies all the Level A and Level AA Success Criteria.
Level AAA: The Web page satisfies all the Level A, Level AA and Level AAA Success Criteria.

We can also modify an existing site to meet whichever level of compliance is required although the stricter levels can have an impact on design.
